Psilogod - Behold, Cthulhu!

New track I finally finished up to play tonight at Peace. It took me a while to to this one, and I think is like 95% done. I may go back later and add/subtract stuff. this should be on a forthcoming LP this spring/summer. This is pretty signature psilogod sound to me and I'm very happy with the outcome of it.

niceness. Def Psilogod sound. I dig it, i want to hear you play this stuff on the playa next year. that first arp synth that comes in is eq'd beautifully and melts my brain. 

the hats that come in @ 56s are really loud, compared to the rest of the percussion.

Cthulhu likes the psy trance huh? would have thought more of the nordic metal type

thanks brutha. The hats levels were intentional... I thought they added to the tight cutting of the beat. I am very picky on percussion/rhythm, and if it was louder than the rest, its cuz I meant it. I like my drums in the front for some reason.

But I will reassess to see if they can come down a tad.

thanks man. I'm definitely learning more about mixing tracks along the way. I will eventually go back and re-record Divination now I have upgraded my studio and have better tools and more knowledge than I did a year and a half ago.

Going to shoot for 3 10-12 song LPs this year First one is written and the other one is almost done, just going to spend the next few months tracking and mixing it all. thinking about going with a professional to master them this time.
