You want to really know why people talk shit about CP? It's cause ass hats like you talk as much trash as you can in the name of CP. If you want people to respect a crew, stop treating them like shit!!!
It was totally like Groove. I think I saw Freddie do the Paul Oakenfold "finger point" thing and Nate D gave someone "the nod."

CP has its pros and cons just like every crew, and they may not handle in the "appropriate" manner but they handle it in a way that is real, and taken seriously. CP has one of the most unified crews in reno, and i say this because everyone in their crew has each others back. you mess with one of them, you mess with all of them, and they are all loyal to each other and they stand strong next to their friends in a bond of true friendship. ive hung out with the crew several times and though i dont have a shirt they always make me feel just as welcome as the next person and i'd stand by any of them cuz i know they've got me. i dont think i need a shirt to feel like im part of them. for any of you that dont truly know them or dont understand their way of doing things, just embrace that just because its different than you, doesnt make it bad. everyones different and who are you to judge anyone anyways? everyones different with different opinions and values and "good or bad" are just another of those opinions.

Not really. It reminds me of those people who don't use periods in their sentence.

Oh well, at least you use periods. :fadeddrunk:

vinyl has a point i have only hung out with them a few times and they do stuff for a reason. they are a tight  crew. even if they are mad at each other they still got one another's back.

Somewhere around 1988
If you never had a day a snow cone couldn't fix, you wouldn't relate to the rogue vocoder blitz, how he spoke thru a no-doz motor on the fritz, cuz he wouldn't play roll over fetch like a bitch, and express no regrets, though he isn't worth a homeowner's piss to the jokers who pose by the glitz. fine. sign of the swine in the swarm when a king is a whore who comply and conform. miles outside of the eye of the storm, with a siphon to lure out a prize and award, while avoiding the vile and bazaar that is violence and war, true blue triumph is more, like wait, let it snake up outta the centerfold, let it break the walls of jericho, ready? go. sat where the old cardboard city folk swap tales with heads like every other penny throw.

LOL. If CP was from Compton, or nearly as cool as NWA, I might understand. But being hardcore DJs in Reno doesn't really cut it unless they wanted to do raves over on Montello St.

anyways, I have nothing against CP, I've been to a few of their parties and they are pretty standup, it just seems negativity follows them to their parties. I'm not really interested in that but hope they keep doing their thing because kids seem to love the hardcore.

Sometimes fights happen. No worse than kids ODing and vomiting everywhere, or sitting on the ground getting a light show.

Overall I like most people.......as far as CP goes, everyone I've met from the crew is super nice.  I've heard negative things, but I always take those things with a grain of salt since I've never experienced them myself.

and yes opinions are like assholes they're honest.
