Good luck trying to find a dog with perfect lines that's going to be over 120lbs at a shelter. You can always get papers on a dog. All they do is take blood to make sure of its purity and what kind of pit it is: Gotti, Razors Edge, Watch Dog, Gaff, Gator Mouth, Etc. Most people classify them by color: Red, blue, brindle, or they say "Oh he is an American pit". But most pits in America are American Pit Bull Terrier's or the American Staffordshire Terrier. The England breed is the Staffordshire Bull Terrier which is starting to be more popular here. But if you know anything about dogs you can look at the lines, jaw, and tail to make sure they are pure.
I do agree with you, it's sad what happens to dogs. But our planet is way more over populated with people not dogs and I don't see you freaking out and writing a page about that on some adoption board. I have seen the dogs that come out of shelters and I would never own one. My friends got a boxer and it is the worst dog I have ever delt with. Not saying all dogs will be like that but if you want to blame anyone for over breeding you should blame the puppie factories/farms.
I make sure all the dogs go to good homes that know how rare and unique our dogs are. If he doesn't get sold then I keep him. I don't sell dogs to make money; most of them are spoken for before we breed a dog, and only once or twice then they are fixed.
P.S. Pitbulls are working dogs.
P.S. Who are you telling to go sell drugs and why?
